"06/17/26 Update

What a sad decline in service from this agency:

• Early March I requested an address update for my renter's policy to take effect at the end of the month. 1st of April I had to make the request again and reiterate ALL the information previously given because no changes were made and no one said anything to me about making the request too early or anything like that.

• May 5th I submitted a Rerate Form and asked what proceeded after submission. I had to follow up AGAIN on May 11th because I received zero response. Fast forward to June 12th—I followed up once more because I never received the paper mail I was told I would receive. I was simply told by an agent to resubmit the form and was COMPLETELY IGNORED when I asked why was I not informed whatsoever that the form needed to be resubmitted.

• May 14th, while in desperate need for my auto policy to reflect my current residence address, I noticed that only my renter's showed the correct address while the auto showed the previous. I suppose it was my mistake not stating the obvious to the agent updating my renter's insurance but what kind of service doesn't ask if the auto should also be updated?

Getting my auto policy updated was such a back and forth and constant misinformation by the agents that I was simply left baffled by the level of incompetence and lack of customer service. People make mistakes, that's okay, but to ignore your customer who is relying on you for important information is absolutely unacceptable. The picture attached is the last communication I had with this agency and, unsurprisingly, no one ever responded.

Was quote shopping and not only do they have competitive prices but they also have fast, convenient and friendly service ! Just started my coverage with Big Al today— first time having insurance so i’m looking forward to a good relationship with this agency !! (:"
